The people who run this business stepped up big time and found a way to ship both our dogs to Germany and have them driven to us in Amsterdam. All of this on a moments notice. It was nuts the amount of obstacles they had to navigate, but they did and our dogs are here and very happy. Oh and the cost… even with the changes it was far better priced than any of the two dozen other companies we contacted.
