Homeward Bound Pet Travel's roots trace back to Britt's Bow Wow, a family-run boarding kennel founded in Michigan in 1998.

What began as a passion for caring for animals grew into a career spanning nearly three decades in pet transportation. Over the years, founder Chris built lasting relationships throughout the pet relocation industry, helping families navigate the challenges of moving their beloved companions across the country and around the world.

Today, that legacy continues with the next generation.

Under the ownership of her daughter, Brittney, Homeward Bound Pet Travel combines the experience and personal relationships that shaped its beginnings with a renewed focus on operational efficiency, technology, and thoughtful logistics.

Chris remains actively involved as Senior Advisor, sharing decades of industry knowledge and experience, while Brittney leads the company's continued growth and development.
